About Alan

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Alan Vodicka has dedicated the past twenty years to helping clients assess and release pain. He focuses on massage therapy and bodywork for emotional and physical wellness, preventive care, chronic and acute pain, and stroke rehabilitation.

Alan is a professional member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). He has trained and worked at the Windemere Institute of the Healing Arts in Madison, WI, spent several years as a trainer and treatment designer at the prestigious Kohler Water Spa, and appeared on the national television show The Doctors.

In 2015, he opened his own massage and bodywork studio in Sheboygan, WI where he currently lives and shares his love of learning, community, and nature with his wife and two children.

Note: On June 30, 2023, a devastating fire destroyed Alan’s Sheboygan studio. He is still accepting appointments and has arranged for new accommodations at 703 N 8th Street, Suite 202. To learn more or to offer assistance, a GoFundMe campaign has been set up to help with recovery efforts.

“I approach massage as an empowering discovery process. Not only do I address my clients’ issues and concerns, I also educate and show them through stretching, self-massage, and self-care how to address their issues for themselves.”
